Chromogenic substrate for use with alkaline and acid phosphatase ELISA procedures. Produces a soluble end product that is yellow in color and can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. The pNPP reaction may be stopped with 3 N NaOH and read at 405 nm. Phosphatase is a chromogenic substrate for use with alkaline and acid phosphatase ELISA procedures. It is been used for the colorimetric detection of CTB fusion proteins. Produces a soluble end product that is yellow in color and can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. The pNPP reaction may be stopped with 3 N NaOH and read at 405 nm. The substrate has been used to determine the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in human osteoblast-like Saos-2 cell lysates. ALP acts as an early marker of osteoblast differentiation that is expressed just before matrix mineralization begins.

样品准备说明

Dissolve tablets to the desired concentration in either of the following buffers: 0.1M glycine, pH10.4, with 1mM MgCl² and 1mM ZnCl² or 1M diethanolamine, pH9.8, with 0.5mM MgCl². Typically, a pNPP concentration of 1mg/mL is used.
