Major degradative enzyme for acetylcholine in vivo. Converts acetylcholine + H²O to choline + acetic acid.

样品准备说明

The enzyme is soluble in water (1mg/mL),  and is also soluble in 0.1M Trizma-HCl, pH 7.5 (2mg/mL), yielding a clear solution. The enzyme can be solubilized and diluted in 0.02M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0. For dilute enzyme solutions (1mg/mL), add 1 mg/mL of BSA to stabilize the enzyme.

注 意

For dilute solutions (<1mg/ml), add 1mg/ml BSA to stabilize. Solutions containing at least 1mg protein/ml in dilute neutral phosphate buffer are stable at least 6 months refrigerated.
