生物活性/药理作用 | Hyaluronidase degrades hyaluronan and has
been found to be inappropriately regulated during cancer progression. These enzymes randomly cleave β-N-acetylhexosamine-[1→4] glycosidic bonds in hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, and chondroitin sulfates. |
样品准备说明 | This enzyme is soluble in 20mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH7.0, with 77mM sodium chloride and 0.1mg/ml BSA at 1mg/ml, yielding a clear solution. |
