生物活性/药理作用 | GDC-0879 is a member of the class of pyrazoles that is 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole carrying additional 4-pyridyl and 1-(hydroxyimino)indan-5-yl substituents at positions 3 and 4 respectively. It has a role as a B-Raf inhibitor and an antineoplastic agent. It is a member of pyrazoles, a member of pyridines, a member of indanes, a ketoxime and a primary alcohol. GDC-0879 is a novel, potent, and selective B-Raf inhibitor with IC50 of 0.13 nM in A375 and Colo205 cells with activity against c-Raf as well; no inhibition known to other protein kinases. |
